Ingredients

16 ounces Meatworks chicken thighs

6 slices Meatworks bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 block of cream cheese (room temperature)

1/2 bottle of buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

Jalapeño slices (optional)

Baby carrots, celery sticks, and chips for dipping (optional)

Chopped chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Start by boiling the chicken thighs in a pot of seasoned water until they are fully cooked. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and set it aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, place the block of cream cheese and the hot shredded chicken on top. Mixing the cream cheese while it's still warm will make it easier to combine.

3. Pour in the buffalo sauce (adjust the amount to your preferred level of spiciness) and thoroughly mix it with the cream cheese and chicken until you have a creamy mixture.
